The Seller's Story

Back in 2005, my dear friend purchased this property.  Although, not yet near retirement age, his business was going well and he wanted to make future plans for himself and his family - 2 sons, 1 daughter, and 3 grandchildren.  He dreamed of a beautiful oasis, far away from the hustle/bustle of the U.S. and respite from his years of hard work, as the owner of a successful painting business.

But.....sometimes life gets in the way.  The downturn in the construction business hit in 2008 and, even though our economy has rebounded to a certain extent, it isn't what it once was.  My friend is now at retirement age, but unable to follow through with the plans of over a decade ago.

He loves this property and hopes to find a buyer who will have the same passion for the land and the area that he has.
